About The Role
The incumbent will be a part of the Online Revenue team for Holidays business and will supportthe growth and analytics charter, enabling the Category, Revenue, and Supply teams in decision making and strategy formulation . As an Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining data in an easily trackable format, automation, data analysis, driving strategic projections and deriving/leveraging meaningful insights for business.
What Will You Be Doing
- Support and drive end-to-end execution of strategic business projects, including stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Track key business metrics and enable data-driven decision-making through automated reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations.
- Deliver actionable insights through detailed business analysis, trend identification, and performance reviews across multiple agendas.
- Collaborate closely with teams such as Category, Revenue, Product, and Operations to address business requirements and drive organizational growth.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of operational reports by proactively identifying and resolving data representation issues.
- Analyze customer and business trends using statistical and analytical methods to derive insights and recommend improvement areas.
- Design, execute, and monitor experiments based on key insights to optimize business levers and measure impact.
- Partner with management to prioritize business objectives and address evolving information and reporting needs.
Qualification & Experience
- MBA from a reputed institute with 3-5 years of experience in an Analytics Role.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create insightful reports and impactful presentations.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Google Analytics, Power BI, or other BI tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Adept at multitasking and collaborating across teams while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
