Job Description

At Sliceinn, we manage beautifully designed boutique stays and vacation homes where every booking matters. We're looking for someone who enjoys the commercial side of hospitality someone who loves analysing numbers, optimising pricing, improving guest conversions, and finding smarter ways to work using AI and automation.

What you'll be doing

Revenue Management & Pricing

  • Create and manage dynamic pricing strategies across all properties.
  • Monitor occupancy, booking pace, competitor pricing, and market demand.
  • Maximise revenue, ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy throughout the year.
  • Plan pricing for weekends, holidays, events, and seasonal demand.

OTA & Distribution Management

  • Manage listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and other OTAs.
  • Improve listing quality, content, ranking, and overall visibility.
  • Monitor OTA performance, reviews, cancellation trends, and conversion rates.
  • Launch new properties across booking platforms and maintain listing accuracy.

Reservations & Sales

  • Handle guest enquiries and reservation requests across different channels.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth pre-arrival and check-in experiences.
  • Manage booking modifications, cancellations, special requests, and guest communication.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
  • Track occupancy, booking sources, channel-wise performance, and revenue trends.
  • Analyse competitor pricing and recommend strategies to stay ahead.
  • Share actionable insights to improve commercial performance.

AI & Automation

  • Explore and implement AI tools to improve reservations and commercial operations.
  • Build automations to reduce repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Help create smarter workflows across reservations, reporting, and guest communication.
  • Stay updated with new hospitality and AI technologies.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Guest Experience, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  • Ensure pricing strategies align with business goals and guest experience.
  • Support the launch of new properties and commercial initiatives.

We'd love to meet you if you

  • Have 3+ years of experience in revenue management, reservations, OTA management, vacation rentals, boutique hotels, or hospitality startups.
  • Understand how OTAs work and enjoy optimising listings and pricing.
  • Love working with numbers and making data-driven decisions.
  • Are curious about AI, automation, and modern productivity tools.
  • Communicate clearly and enjoy working with different teams.
  • Have experience using a PMS or Channel Manager (preferred, but not mandatory).

CTC: ₹6–8 LPA (depending on experience and skills) + ESOPS
