What You'll Do
You'll be inside the real revenue engine of international hotels:
- Assist in analysing & implementing revenue strategies
- Adjust room rates daily based on demand, competition & market shifts
- Manage OTA inventory (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.)
- Work directly with hotel teams on pricing & distribution decisions
- Build + maintain performance dashboards (Excel)
- Support forecasting & budgeting
- Track the KPIs that matter: Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR
- Stay plugged into market trends worldwide
This role starts Day 1 with US + Europe time zones. Late night shifts.
Travel may come later.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in hospitality (revenue/front office preferred)
- Solid understanding of hotel revenue basics
- Good at Excel & Microsoft Office
- Strong communication + attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment
- Laptop + smartphone
- 6-day work week
- Ready to work late hours / international shifts
Bonus Points
- Experience with RMS, PMS, or channel managers
- Familiarity with OTA platforms
- Strong presentation & communication skills
