Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber
Team Lead to drive the development of our Core APIs and Worker/Background services. This role is a strategic Player-Coach position, combining hands-on backend engineering with team leadership, system architecture, and client coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring the scalability and reliability of our microservices ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership : Lead the design and development of scalable RESTful APIs and robust worker services for high-concurrency tasks.
- Team Management : Manage, mentor, and grow a backend engineering team through active coaching and guidance.
- Project Governance : Provide accurate effort estimations, lead sprint planning sessions, and manage project timelines using Agile/Scrum.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices, performance optimization, and high-quality standards are met.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with UI teams (Angular/React) to define API contracts and coordinate with clients/stakeholders on requirements and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Core Tech Stack : Strong backend development experience with .NET Core, Web API, and C#.
- Database Management : Advanced experience with MS SQL Server (query optimization, schema design).
- Asynchronous Patterns : Deep understanding of REST APIs, Async processing, and background jobs (e.g., Hangfire, RabbitMQ, or Azure Functions).
- Architecture : Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Leadership : Proven experience in team handling, technical leadership, and stakeholder communication.
- Cloud & DevOps : Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines/DevOps practices.
- Methodology : Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
