Job Description

Project Overview

We are building a cloud-based, multi-tenant property management platform hosted on Azure, with a focus on scalable architecture, strong UI/UX, and AI-driven features. The platform is designed for property groups to self-service as they grow and add locations. Security is a priority, with RBAC, Azure AD integration, MFA, and encrypted data handling. The platform will also leverage a 12B parameter AI model to provide customer service automation and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services using C#/.NET Core for a multi-tenant property management platform.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with React.js front-end applications.
  • Ensure security and compliance, including RBAC, Azure AD integration, MFA, and data encryption.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to create a seamless user experience across web and mobile.
  • Optimize back-end performance and ensure high availability and reliability on Azure cloud.
  • Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Integrate AI-driven features, including 12B parameter model for intelligent automation and analytics.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET, and REST API development.
  • Solid understanding of Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, SQL, AD).
  • Hands-on experience with RBAC, MFA, and encryption protocols.
  • Familiarity with front-end integration (React.js) and JSON-based API communication.
  • Knowledge of database design, ORM frameworks, and scalable architecture.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in an agile, cross-functional team.
