Role Description

The Retreat Manager will oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of Pawgarh Palace. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating pet care services and activities, ensuring the well-being of pets in the retreat, and establishing excellent customer service standards for pet owners. The role involves organizing events, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and evaluating and improving operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership abilities to manage a team and ensure operational success.
• Customer Service and Communication: Proficiency in providing excellent guest experiences for both pets and their owners and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Operational and Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple services, ensure efficiency, and maintain operational excellence.
• Event Planning and Creative Programming: Skills in organizing events, special activities, and value-added pet-friendly experiences.
• Knowledge of Pet Care: A genuine love for animals and understanding of pet care, behavior, and basic health care principles.
• Flexibility and Problem Solving: Ability to adapt quickly to unique situations and resolve challenges effectively.
• Experience in hospitality, pet care, or service industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Animal Sciences, or a related field preferred.
