Retort Studies - Retort Process Executive (Fresher)

Job Description :

Junior Executive - Retort Studies and USFDA Compliance.
The position will support:
1) Retort validation studies,
2) Heat-distribution and heat-penetration trials,
3) Routine retort-record verification,
4) F₀ data compilation, calibration records and maintenance of USFDA FCE, SID and scheduled-process documentation.
The preferred candidate should have a B.Tech., B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology or a related field, with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with a good understanding of thermal processing and food-safety documentation may also be considered.
