This is a full-time on-site role for a Retired position, located in Hyderabad. The role involves direct involvement in operational leadership, strategic planning, and execution of projects across various domains at Cave Ventures. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day activities, evaluating business performance, supporting team development, and offering hands-on guidance to ensure the success of ventures. Additional tasks may include mentoring teams and providing industry insight to foster growth and innovation across active and emerging projects.

• Proven leadership and management skills to supervise teams and guide strategic decisions.
• Experience with operational processes, including launching and scaling businesses in digital and physical commerce.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical abilities for evaluating business performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• A willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with eCommerce, retail, or marketing industries is an advantage, as well as awareness of entrepreneurial ecosystems and startup methodologies.
