Role Overview
As a Senior CRM Executive, you will own and optimize user communication journeys across 3Mn+ monthly active users. You'll work closely with growth, product, analytics, and data science teams to drive retention, engagement, and conversion outcomes through data-led, multi-channel CRM strategies.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end CRM journeys across the customer lifecycle, including retention and cross-sell/upsell use cases.
Execute and optimize campaigns across In-App, Push, Web Push, Email, SMS, RCS, IVR, Bots, and WhatsApp.
Partner with cross-functional teams (growth, brand, design, analytics, product, tech, data science) to deliver seamless and timely campaigns.
Improve product funnels by analyzing channel metrics, experimenting with journeys, and implementing optimizations.
Translate performance insights into actionable improvements and share learnings with stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in CRM or retention marketing.
Experience working on large-scale platforms (1Mn+ MAUs).
Hands-on experience with tools like MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, or similar.
Strong understanding of channel metrics, automation nuances, and execution best practices.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
