Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies that drive initial purchase conversion, increase repeat purchase and retention rates across the customer base
  • Manage and execute multi-channel user retention strategies using our tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Webengage, Clevertap, Contlo, Klaviyo
  • Create campaigns on channels like Email, SMS, Push, Whatsapp
  • Create customer journeys and automations on the tool and track the incremental revenue generated via journeys
  • Focus on metrics like increasing LTV, Conversion %, Channel specific Open rates, engagement rates for key clients to add value
  • Perform end-to-end quality checks, ensuring content accuracy, functioning links/landing pages, assessing segmentation, and produce campaigns in a timely manner
  • Build out and refine customer segmentation modelling
  • Create customised strategies using the RFM model
  • Monitor the health of our multi-channel subscriber base and daily campaign performance
  • Ensure utilisation of best practices, technology standards, and all our email marketing efforts are in compliance with brand guidelines and spam regulation (CAN/SPAM)
  • Work with stakeholders to set growth, engagement and retention targets for each product and create quarterly marketing plans to meet them
  • Leverage data to understand the product conversion and engagement funnel; use data to design marketing campaigns to influence the funnel metrics
  • Partner with the Product, Marketing, Analytics, Insights, and Data Analytics teams to connect the right message to the right customer at the right time
  • Drive and monitor A/B and multivariate experiments to optimise key performance metrics; Analyse findings, present recommendations and scale as necessary

What You'll Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of email marketing experience/ retention marketing experience, preferably at an e-commerce company or a Saas company
  • Understanding of email marketing infrastructures & technologies
  • Working knowledge of HTML will be an advantage
  • Excellent attention to details and highly organised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivator/flexible/team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
