About the Job Role:
The Sales Team Lead plays a strategic role in driving demand generation and identifying business challenges across diverse industry segments. This role requires a strong consultative mindset to uncover growth opportunities, optimize technology investments, and align Zarthi's service capabilities with evolving customer needs. The position combines client ownership, commercial governance, and team leadership to ensure structured pipeline progression and predictable business outcomes.
Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-first growth professional to build and scale retention, farming, expansion, and referral strategies for Zarthi. The role will focus on maximizing value from existing customers, partners, and relationships through structured engagement, loyalty programs, account growth initiatives, and referral engines. The ideal candidate understands how to turn customer satisfaction into revenue growth, advocacy, and long term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and execute customer farming and account growth strategies
• Drive retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
• Design referral programs for customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders
• Create loyalty and engagement programs to improve stickiness and repeat business
• Develop customer lifecycle journeys, engagement frameworks, and touchpoints
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Work closely with delivery, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to improve customer experience • Build structured feedback and advocacy programs including testimonials, case studies, references, and community engagement
• Track customer health, churn risk, retention metrics, referral contribution, and account growth performance
• Create scalable playbooks and processes for customer relationship growth Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in customer retention, customer success, account farming, loyalty, or growth roles
• Strong understanding of B2B relationship management and expansion strategies
• Experience building referral or advocacy programs
• Ability to create structured engagement frameworks and lifecycle strategies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with understanding of retention and growth metrics
• Experience working with CRM and customer engagement tools preferred
