About Knya:

Knya is India's leading online medical apparel brand. The brand was founded in 2021 by the husband-wife duo,Vanshika and Abhijeet Kaji. The vision of Knya is to fill in the gap of functional and fashionable medical apparel for the medical industry across the country at multiple levels. Knya has raised funding, led by DSG Consumer Partners, with participation from the promoter family of Narayana Health and Cipla Health amongst others. Since its inception, Knya products have been delivered to 900+ cities and 200+ medical institutes across India.

Overview:

This role focuses on increasing customer loyalty and lifetime value through personalized, data-driven campaigns using CleverTap. It involves creating automated lifecycle strategies, reducing churn, and collaborating across teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is pivotal in ensuring customers not only purchase but stay engaged and loyal to the brand.

Segmentcustomersbasedonlifecycle stages, behavior, and preferences using CleverTap.

Designandautomatelifecycle marketing campaigns (onboarding, engagement, reactivation).

Createandexecute multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages.

Personalizecommunication using CleverTap's AI/ML tools for dynamic targeting.

Analyzecustomer behaviorand campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.

Implementwin-backstrategies for dormant customers to reduce churn.

Launchandoptimizeloyalty programsand personalized offers.

ConductA/Btesting to refine campaigns and improve engagement.

Monitorkeymetrics like churn rate, CLTV, and repeat purchase rate.

Collaborate with support teams for insights and pain points.

Workwithproductandtech teams forseamless CleverTap integration.

Alignretention campaigns with overall marketing and brand strategies.

Reportcampaignperformance and insights to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in CleverTap or similar marketing automation tools.

Expereince inD2Cindustry.

Stronganalytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Creativity in designing compelling retention campaigns.

Understanding ofcustomer psychology and lifecycle marketing.

Excellent communication and project management skills.
