Hiring: CRM Retention & Growth Executive (Retention Specialist)

Company: Hoora Technologies

Location: Nagpur (On-site)

Department: Marketing

Reporting To: Marketing Head

Salary: 35 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Hoora Technologies, India's fast-growing Car & Bike Care App, is looking for a CRM Retention & Growth Executive to drive customer lifecycle engagement, automation, and retention strategies across the platform. If you are data-driven, technically strong in CRM systems, and passionate about building high-impact customer journeys, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize daily CRM automations to improve engagement and retention
  • Design end-to-end customer journeys across lifecycle stages
  • Create and manage templates for Email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and Web Push
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns
  • Generate reports on retention, feedback, and sales performance
  • Handle CRM integrations and provide technical support
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Tech, and Product teams
  • Analyze customer and sales data to improve repeat usage and reduce churn

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience (MoEngage, NetCore, Interakt, etc.)
  • Strong expertise in automation workflows, segmentation, and campaign management
  • Experience with CRM integrations and vendor coordination
  • Strong analytical mindset with reporting and data interpretation skills
  • Exposure to AI/ML applications in CRM is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
