KwikEngage enables brands to build deep, long-term customer relationships through intelligent, automated, and ROI-driven communication.

Why This Role Matters

As GoKwik expands into the UK, retention becomes a critical growth lever for our merchants. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and merchant success. You will own how UK brands use KwikEngage to drive repeat purchases, improve lifetime value, and unlock measurable ROI. This is not an execution-only roleit's about shaping retention strategy from the ground up for a new market.

What You'll Own

  • Retention strategy for UK merchants design and execute end-to-end lifecycle and retention programs, with WhatsApp as a core channel
  • Merchant ROI ownership partner closely with Customer Success Managers to analyze data, identify drop-offs, and implement automations that improve LTV
  • WhatsApp automation & orchestration build and optimize flows such as abandoned cart, post-purchase journeys, win-back campaigns, and loyalty triggers
  • Market localisation adapt messaging, timing, and offers for UK consumers while ensuring GDPR and local compliance
  • Experimentation & optimisation run continuous A/B tests on copy, CTAs, and delivery windows to improve engagement and conversions
  • Reporting & insights translate campaign and cohort data into clear, actionable insights that demonstrate business impact to merchants

Who You Are

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Retention, Lifecycle, CRM, or Growth Marketing roles, ideally working with D2C brands
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot gaps and opportunities directly from dashboards and performance data
  • Customer-centric and comfortable working closely with CSMs and external stakeholders
  • Clear communicator who can explain strategy, rationale, and outcomes with confidence
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a 01 environment, building playbooks for a new market
