Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns (WhatsApp, Email, SMS)
- Support customer lifecycle journeys (onboarding, engagement, reactivation)
- Analyze campaign performance and share insights
- Help in segmentation of customer data for targeted campaigns
- Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives
- Monitor customer feedback and engagement metrics
