Job Description

Customer Lifecycle & Retention
  • Own end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys: onboarding, post-purchase, replenishment, cross-sell, upsell, win-back, and reactivation
  • Improve repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value (CLTV), and retention cohorts
  • Build and optimize automated flows for different customer segments
CRM & Channel Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications
  • Maintain and improve deliverability, open rates, CTRs, and conversions
  • Work with CRM tools (Klaviyo, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar platforms)
Personalization & Segmentation
  • Create smart audience segments based on behavior, purchase history, skin concerns, and engagement signals
  • Implement personalization in messaging, product recommendations, and timing
Loyalty & Subscription Programs
  • Manage and scale loyalty, rewards, referrals, and subscription initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to increase frequency and stickiness through value-led programs
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track retention KPIs: repeat rate, churn, LTV, cohort performance, campaign ROI
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, offers, timing, and creative
  • Share actionable insights and weekly/monthly performance reports
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with content and design teams for high-quality, on-brand communication
  • Align with performance and product teams to support launches, offers, and seasonal campaigns
  • Ensure retention messaging aligns with LuxaDerme's premium, ingredient-first brand voice
