Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute multi-channel retention campaigns (push, SMS, WhatsApp, email, in-app)
- Monitor user journey stages and optimize for CTR%, CR%, reachability, andreactivation
- Work on behavioral segmentation and dynamic content personalization
- Run A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness
- Implement first-party data strategies like user surveys and attribute grooming
- Coordinate with tech/product for automated journey deployment
- Track and report key metrics: engagement %, conversion %, reachability %, repeatuser growth, click rate, conversion rate (across funnels) and more
