Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Retention Marketing Associate to own the post-acquisition customer journey. You will be responsible for designing and executing automated strategies across E-Mail, WhatsApp, SMS/RCS to drive repeat purchases, increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and reduce churn.
Key Responsibilities
- Journey Mapping & Automation: Build end-to-end automated flows (onboarding, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back) using retention marketing tools.
- Multi-Channel Execution: Manage high-impact campaigns across E-Mail, WhatsApp, SMS/RCS to ensure consistent brand messaging and conversions.
- Segmentation: Use behavioural and transactional data to create dynamic audience segments (e.g., high-spenders, at-risk users) for personalized outreach.
- Optimization: Run continuous A/B tests on copy, timing, and channel mix to improve conversion rates.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on core metrics, including Repeat Purchase Rate, Churn Rate, CTR, and LTV.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years in retention or lifecycle marketing within a D2C or e-commerce business.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms and specialized marketing tools.
- Analytical Depth: Strong grasp of cohort analysis and unit economics.
