We're Hiring: Retention Fetcher at LaFetch

LaFetch is India's fastest-growing fashion marketplace, homegrown brands, delivered in 60 minutes across Delhi NCR.

And we believe retention is where real growth is built.

This role isn't about sending campaigns.

It's about owning customer communication end-to-end, WhatsApp, email, push, and everything in between.

If you enjoy shaping how users hear from a brand, when they hear from it, and why they come back, this is your role.

You'll be part of the core growth team, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners like GrowCO to keep LaFetch top-of-mind every single day.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Aligning brand video communication with GrowCO
  • Running transactional WhatsApp campaigns (order, updates, confirmations)
  • Executing promotional WhatsApp campaigns (offers, drops, nudges)
  • Writing crisp, conversion-focused WhatsApp message content
  • Creating emailers for quick service communication
  • Managing emailers for onboarded brands
  • Executing sales & offer email campaigns
  • Sending and optimizing push notifications
  • Doing post-sending analysis across WhatsApp, email, and push
  • Using insights to improve timing, content, and performance

If it's retention, lifecycle, or customer communication, it comes to you.

The Basics (read this carefully)

This is not a passive role.

This is full ownership.

If you want to build systems, test messaging, and see direct impact on repeat users you'll love this.

We're based in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR)

This is an in-office role, 5 days a week

Someone from Delhi NCR is preferred

If you're relocating, travel & stay are not covered separately (included in pay)

Weekends (SatSun) are off recharge properly.

You'll Fit Right In If You Are

  • Someone who thinks in customer journeys, not just campaigns
  • Comfortable owning WhatsApp, email, and push without hand-holding
  • A clear communicator who knows how to keep messages short and effective
  • Curious about open rates, CTRs, and why something worked (or didn't)
  • Comfortable working fast, because we move fast
  • Someone who enjoys testing, learning, and iterating
  • Detail-oriented and consistent with follow-ups and analysis
  • Someone who prefers ownership over instructions

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in retention / CRM / lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on with WhatsApp campaigns (transactional + promotional)
  • Comfortable creating emailers and push notifications
  • Ability to analyze post-send performance and draw insights
  • Strong writing skills for short-form, high-impact messaging
  • Someone who wants responsibility, not just tasks
