Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan & execute CRM engagement roadmap for the compnay to drive short term and long term business goals
  • Drive measurable initiatives to improve customer lifecycle through LTV, repeat behaviour,

frequency and churn management

  • Lead strategic planning, forecasting and goal-setting across channels to drive retention

  • Own insight generation, analysis and performance measurement with a focus on

retention metrics ensuring learnings translate into scalable best practices across lines of

business

  • Collaborate with performance, product, and tech teams for funnel optimization
  • Analyze customer behavior and run A/B tests for messaging, offers, and timing
  • Own CRM dashboards and reporting on retention metrics
  • Leverage AI in CLM to improve creative, copy and segment strategy to improve

conversion and engagement metrics

Must Haves

  • 5-7 years of performance and retention marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive CRM improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • Prior experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or Retail E-commerce
  • Experience working with tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field MBA preferred
