At Gytree, we sit at the intersection of women's health, data, and community. With a large base of our paying customers and one of India's largest women-led health communities, the next phase of our growth is clear: retention, repeat, and lifetime value.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Thinks in consumer cycles, not funnels
  • Understands why women return, pause, drop off, or upgrade
  • Can turn cohorts, behavior, and feedback into repeat revenue and loyalty

This role is for you if you:

  • Love breaking down LTV, cohorts, repeat windows, AOV, and retention curves
  • Have built or want to build subscription logic, replenishment nudges, loyalty loops
  • Understand CRM deeply - email, WhatsApp, in-product nudges, content triggers
  • Can work closely with product, content, and community to influence outcomes

Believe retention is not discounts, but trust, timing, and relevance

What you'll own:

-30-60-90 day retention strategies across Gytree's product ecosystem

-Cohort analysis by age, life stage, product, and usage behavior

-Repeat journeys not generic D2C playbooks

-Experiments to improve LTV without burning margins

-Dashboards that the leadership team actually uses
