Are you passionate about creating impactful retail experiences and visual storytelling through window displays

We are looking for a talented Window Display Designer with 3–4 years of experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative window display concepts for leading retail brands.
• Create mood boards, material boards, and presentation decks.
• Prepare schematic designs and detailed technical drawings.
• Collaborate with design, production, and execution teams to bring concepts to life.
• Research materials, finishes, and emerging retail design trends.
• Ensure designs are aesthetically compelling, practical, and production-ready.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in retail, VM, window display, exhibition, or experiential design.
• Strong creative thinking and conceptualization skills.
• Good understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and retail environments.
• Proficiency in: CorelDRAW | Adobe Photoshop | AutoCAD
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Education

• NID (National Institute of Design)
• NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology)
• MIT Institute of Design
• Other relevant design qualifications with strong portfolios are welcome.
