What You Will Own
● Design and deliver retail sales training programs for store teams.
● Conduct product knowledge and customer experience training.
● Partner with store managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.
● Roll out onboarding programs for new sales associates.
● Drive selling techniques, upselling and conversion improvement initiatives
● Track training effectiveness and sales performance improvements.

Who Thrives in This Role
● 6–10 years experience in retail training, preferably in furniture/home retail
● Strong understanding of retail sales processes
● Excellent facilitation and communication skills
● Ability to work closely with store operations teams
● Passion for coaching and developing frontline sales teams
