Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Root Retail Trainer to represent our leading laptop brand at the ground level. As a retail trainer, you will be responsible for visiting multiple retail outlets in Bangalore to train in-store sales executives, ensuring they are equipped with the latest product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-store training sessions for retail sales staff on laptop features, technology, and brand USPs.
- Deliver interactive training modules including product demonstrations, competitive comparisons, and customer handling techniques.
- Regularly visit multiple retail outlets across Bangalore to ensure consistent training coverage.
- Monitor and report on sales staff performance, training effectiveness, and store readiness.
- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines and brand compliance at each outlet.
- Gather feedback from the field to help improve product messaging and training content.
- Build strong relationships with retail staff to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail training, preferably in electronics or laptop/computer segment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Kannada.
- Strong understanding of consumer electronics, especially laptops.
- Ability to travel extensively within Bangalore.
- Tech-savvy with a knack for explaining complex features in simple terms.
- Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field.
- Prior experience as a promoter, trainer, or brand ambassador in electronics retail is a plus.
- Familiarity with MS Office, reporting tools, and digital training platforms.
