Why this role exists
As ELUNO grows its retail presence, we need someone who can teach and upskill our store teams on selling, styling, product understanding and brand representation.
This role exists to make sure every person in our stores feels confident, knowledgeable and aligned with how ELUNO should look and feel.
What you will do in this role
You will be responsible for training and developing ELUNO's store teams. This includes:
Training new staff before and after store openings
Teaching eyewear basics (optometry), product knowledge and brand style
Training teams on styling, customer interaction and selling techniques
Creating simple training content and guides
Visiting stores to coach teams and improve performance
Identifying skill gaps and helping teams improve
Who we are looking for
Has a strong teacher or trainer instinct
Enjoys explaining, coaching and developing people
Is interested in fashion, styling and eyewear
Is comfortable training people on sales and customer interaction
Is open to learning optometry and product details
Can travel to stores when needed
