Retail Trainer( Apparel Industry)-Ghaziabad and Agra-Salary upto 6.00 Lacs PA

Key Responsibilities

• Training Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute the annual and monthly retail training calendar for 20 stores.
• Identify training needs based on store performance, customer feedback, audits, sales data, and business priorities.
• Create structured onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Product & Brand Training
• Conduct regular training on Product knowledge.
• Fabric, fits, washes and features
• New collections and launches
• Brand heritage and positioning
• Styling and cross selling
• Product storytelling
• Ensure store teams can confidently communicate product benefits to customers.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate degree in HR, Retail Management, Business Administration, Fashion, or a related discipline

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Retail Training / Learning & Development, preferably in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, footwear, or premium retail.
• Experience managing training across multiple stores / regions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of frontline retail sales and store operations.
