About The Job
Own end-to-end hiring for retail/store roles across locations
Look for creative avenues to find talent that stands out for our stores
Be on the field — visit colleges, local hubs, and competitor stores to source talent
Conduct walk-in interviews, hiring drives & on-spot closures
Actively headhunt strong candidates from retail brands and marketplaces
Build and maintain a ready pipeline of fashion consultants
Partner with stakeholders like Store Managers,Cluster Managers and Regional Managers accoross zones in India
Ensure great candidate experience while maintaining speed
It is for you if-
You are a hiring strategist when it comes to head hunting on ground
You have experience of working on 30-50 roles at any given point in time
You come with atleast 3-5 years of retail store hiring experience or experience in door to door selling
You have excellent communicationskills both English and Hindi
You are a people's person
