Store identification, site survey & finalization

Rental negotiation & legal documentation

Handling statutory licenses: Fertilizer, Pesticide (CPC), Seed & Labour

Pre-launch setup: branding, IT, inventory & manpower hiring

Soft launch, grand opening & staff training

Store handover to Sales & Operations
