Retail Store Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced Retail Merchandiser to manage store-wise merchandise planning, stock allocation, replenishment and inventory optimisation across our retail jewellery stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store-wise stock replenishment based on sales, product movement and store requirements

• Analyse sales, sell-through, ageing and inventory to identify opportunities

• Drive stock transfers and reallocation of fast, slow and non-moving products

• Ensure the right product mix and stock availability across stores

• Conduct store visits to understand product movement, customer preferences and stock requirements

• Monitor market trends, customer buying patterns and competitor activity

• Coordinate with Retail Operations, PPC, Warehouse, Buying, Product and other teams

• Prepare and maintain MIS and merchandising reports

• Support new launches, collections, promotions and store-specific merchandising initiatives

• Ensure VM and product presentation standards are maintained across stores

We're Looking For

6+ years of Retail Jewellery experience

Strong experience in store merchandising, replenishment and inventory management

Experience handling merchandise across multiple jewellery stores/showrooms

Good understanding of diamonds, gemstones and jewellery retail

Strong analytical, MIS and Excel skills

Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management

Important:

Retail Jewellery experience is mandatory. Candidates from B2B, wholesale, manufacturing or non-jewellery industries will not be considered.
