Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Pune. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth functionality and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include staff management, maintaining high customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory levels, implementing promotional activities, and ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards. The candidate will also focus on retail loss prevention and provide excellent customer service to achieve sales and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Store Management and knowledge of retail operations
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and stakeholders
- Ability to identify and implement Retail Loss Prevention measures to minimize risks
- Previous experience in team leadership and problem-solving skills are a plus
- Passionate about pet care and knowledgeable about pet products or services is advantageous
- Degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field
