Retail Store Manager – Ashok Jewels, Yamunanagar, Haryana

Ashok Jewels is looking for a high-performance Store Manager to lead our Yamunanagar showroom.

We are not looking for someone who simply manages day-to-day store operations. We want a strong sales leader with a proven track record of delivering numbers, building teams, developing customers and independently driving the business.

What we are looking for

• Proven success in jewellery retail sales and store leadership
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to independently drive customer acquisition, conversion, repeat business and average ticket size
• Strong understanding of gold and diamond jewellery
• Ability to recruit, motivate and build a high-performing sales team
• Strong customer relationships and local market understanding
• Complete ownership of store performance, inventory discipline and customer experience
• Mature, entrepreneurial and long-term mindset

The Role

You will be responsible for the overall growth and performance of the Yamunanagar showroom — sales, profitability, team performance, customer relationships, inventory and operations.

This is a role with significant independence and responsibility.
