Retail Store Manager to lead our daily operations and build a welcoming environment for our community.
What you'll do:
Oversee full store operations, including visual merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and inventory control.
Lead, schedule, and coach store team members to deliver high-quality customer service.
Monitor sales performance, manage cash/TALLY ERP processes, and handle customer inquiries.
Enforce retail loss prevention practices to safeguard stock.
What you need:
Minimum Graduate degree required (Commerce background or retail management certification is an advantage).
Previous supervisory or retail management experience (ideally in consumer goods, mobility, or fitness).
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency with TALLY ERP systems, Google Docs, and standard Office suites.
Ability to work full-time on-site, including weekends and holidays as required.
Ready to steer the growth of a brand new mobility hub
