Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 3 to 9 years of proven experience in retail store management (experience in optical/eyewear retail is a strong plus).
Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, inventory control, and a track record as a confident salesperson.
Compensation & Location
Salary Budget: Up to 5.4 LPA
