Store Manager - Luxury Experience

Job Summary:

As the Store Manager of a luxury experience space, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and cultivating invaluable client relationships within prestigious brands such as Sabyasachi, AMPM, and Lovebirds. Your leadership will be key in ensuring operational excellence and a remarkable shopping experience that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the store team to drive high sales performance while maintaining exceptional client experience standards.
  • Manage the store's Profit & Loss (P&L) to optimize financial performance and drive profitability.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI) to promote brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and experiential standards to ensure alignment with brand identity and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and adherence to operational policies.
  • Prepare and analyze daily and weekly sales reports, offering actionable insights to enhance store performance.
  • Implement and manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities to track client interactions and enrich the customer journey.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or high-end retail environments.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and managing store operations effectively.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and P&L statements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage high-end clientele.
  • Experience in visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
  • Proficient in retail analytics and CRM systems to monitor performance and client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with luxury fashion brands or in a high-touch retail environment.
  • Familiarity with luxury clienteling techniques and bespoke service offerings.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms and retail management software.
  • Leadership experience in training and mentoring a diverse retail team.
  • Passion for fashion and luxury lifestyle with an understanding of current market trends.
