Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at Nykaa in many regions of North India. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves effective communication with the team and coordinating store activities to drive sales and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.
