Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager based in Jaipur. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functionality and an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining inventory, optimizing product displays, addressing customer inquiries, driving store sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Additionally, the manager will ensure compliance with store policies and create a welcoming shopping atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a superior shopping experience
- Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to oversee store operations effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and customer interaction
- Leadership and organizational skills to manage and motivate staff
- Previous experience in retail, particularly in garments, is an added advantage
