The Role

As a Store Manager at Ekaya, you will lead a passionate team that embodies the spirit of Indian luxury. Your role goes beyond sales you will curate an experience for every client, uphold the brand's visual and service standards, and nurture a culture of excellence and authenticity.

We're looking for someone who understands the nuances of luxury retail, Indian couture, and customer relationship building, and who thrives in a dynamic, design-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales Excellence

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience to every client.
  • Drive store performance by achieving monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Lead client engagement initiatives from styling sessions to bespoke experiences.
  • Train and inspire your team to excel in storytelling, product knowledge, and service etiquette.
  • Manage and resolve client concerns with empathy and discretion.

Visual Merchandising & Product Management

  • Ensure visual displays reflect the brand's luxury aesthetic and seasonal collections.
  • Collaborate with the Buying and Operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor fast-moving collections and share insights to support strategic replenishment.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead by example fostering a culture of elegance, professionalism, and collaboration.
  • Identify training needs and partner with HR to deliver developmental programs.
  • Evaluate performance, mentor the team, and build future retail leaders.

Operational & Profit Management

  • Maintain excellence in store operations, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Uphold company standards in security, loss prevention, and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Who You Are
  • A graduate with 710 years of experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
  • Deeply passionate about Indian textiles, craftsmanship, and design-led retail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a refined client service approach.
  • A natural leader who inspires trust, professionalism, and team spirit.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
