Role Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, team productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall store operations while ensuring adherence to company standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales targets and key retail KPIs such as Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Revenue.
Lead, coach, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational goals.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.
Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, billing, cash handling, and reporting.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per brand guidelines.
Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and audit compliance.
Resolve customer concerns and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Manage team scheduling, attendance, productivity, and overall discipline.
Coordinate effectively with Area Managers and cross-functional support teams.
Drive sales of fitness equipment and accessories through consultative selling.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in fitness retail, sports retail, hardlines retail, or fitness equipment operations.
Strong leadership, team management, and sales-driving capabilities.
Good understanding of retail KPIs, store operations, and inventory management.
Excellent communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle store targets, operational challenges, and team performance management.
Experience in fitness equipment sales or related hardlines retail categories is preferred.
