We are a luxury furniture brand based in Bangalore, seeking a charismatic Store Manager to be the face of our showroom experience. You are more than a manager; you are our lead storyteller and host, responsible for creating an exceptional, luxury experience for our clients, especially architects and interior designers.

Position: Store Manager

Location: Infantry Road, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time, On-site

What You'll Do:

Host the Showroom: Be the primary point of contact for all guests, guiding them through our collections and turning visits into memorable experiences.

Build Relationships: Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with retail clients, architects, and interior designers, becoming their trusted design partner.

Own the Space: Take complete ownership of the store's visual merchandising, ensuring the showroom is always immaculate and inspiring.

Drive Operations: Manage the entire sales cycle, from customer inquiry to invoicing, while meticulously tracking all store inventory and creating reports in MS Excel.

Ensure Client Delight: Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring a smooth delivery process and building lasting client loyalty post-purchase.

What You'll Bring:

1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or design.

An exceptional communicator and natural storyteller with a flair for hospitality.

A genuine passion for design, aesthetics, and craftsmanship.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with mandatory proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with invoicing systems.
