We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee our operations in India for our stores in Canada and Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Manage and train store staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase store profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment and ensure optimal product placement on the sales floor.
- Create and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 6-15 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff and customers.
- Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
