Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for men&aposs fashion, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Service:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Implement and maintain high standards of visual merchandising to optimize sales.
2. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff, ensuring all team members are knowledgeable about products and brand values.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
3. Store Operations:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and handle deliveries and stock replenishment.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
4. Financial Management:
- Manage the stores budget, expenses, and payroll to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
5. Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive clientele and excellent service.
- Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
6. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
