This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, driving sales, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive environment to meet sales goals and providing strategic input to improve overall store performance.

• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to ensure excellent shopping experiences and meet customer needs effectively.
• Strong skills in Communication and interpersonal relations to lead a team and interact with customers confidently.
• Experience in Store Management, including inventory control, staff supervision, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and maintain the security of store assets.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
• Experience in retail or apparel industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
