Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Mumbai for a Retail Store Intern. The intern will support daily store operations, including inventory management, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include organizing display setups, maintaining store tidiness, restocking items, and aiding in promotional activities. Collaborating with the sales and merchandising team and learning about the luxury fashion industry will also form part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of luxury brands is a plus
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and inventory software is an advantage
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Fashion, Retail Management, Business, or related field
