This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Executive based in Mumbai. The Retail Store Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining an organized and attractive store environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers, managing inventory, and collaborating with team members to meet store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Customer Service and a strong understanding of retail operations
• Proven Sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and building client relationships
• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Commerce and business operations
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to maintain a high-functioning store environment
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
• Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
