Position: Retail Store Manager
Location: Bangalore
Salary: 25,00030,000/month
Experience: 24 years
Responsibilities:
- Attend customers, explain products, and close sales
- Manage daily store operations (opening/closing, cleanliness, display)
- Billing & payment handling (UPI/cash/card as applicable)
- Stock handling: inward/outward, replenishment, daily stock checks
- Maintain customer experience, resolve issues, ensure smooth store flow
- Daily reporting to management (sales + stock + key observations)
Requirements:
- 2+ years retail/store management experience
- Good communication (English , Hindi & Kannada)
- Basic Excel & POS knowledge
- Flexible with weekends/shifts
