Education Qualification:
- B.E Mechanical/Bio Medical Engineering/Biotechnology/Electrical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering 8 to 9 years Experience (relaxable if candidate displays potential for the R&R / JD)
- Diploma - Mechanical/Bio Medical Engineering/Biotechnology/Electrical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering 10 to 11 years Experience (relaxable if candidate displays potential for the R&R / JD)
Post - Graduation MBA or EMBA would be preferable
Preferable experience:
- B2B Direct Sales - Key Accounts management
- B2B - Channel Partner programme management
- Government Institutions sales Direct and through GeM portal (Direct and Reseller through)
Location:North (Delhi/Noida) and West (Mumbai)
Role experience:
- Knowledge of sales and marketing of B2B industrial products and systems.
- Category of segments handled: Pharmaceutical / Automobile / Food and Beverage / Process Industries (Cement / Textile/ Chemical manufacturing / Organics etc) / Aerospace / Petrochemical + Oil and Gas / Defence / Government Institutions (engineering consultants to ordinance) / Shipping/ Educational Institutions etc..
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling existing & new customers in the region
- Value selling approach with good technical acumen to be focused on customer and channel partner growth upsell / cross sell
- Identifying the potential clients in the target industries and making sales pitch by sending introduction mails and delivering presentations. Making short term and long-term strategies to enhance sales
- Continuously working on the Sales funnel for incremental growth of BD & Live enquiries year on year by generating opportunities. Capable to generate large ticket orders.
- Making cold calls and planning daily & weekly visits to customers.
- Acquiring new customers for the company by strategizing the Kewaunee sales pitch based on their requirements
- Computer literate, updating the CRM for all leads and the subsequent sales life cycle of the order
- Presenting the analytics for the area covered in so far the pre and post-sales activities are concerned as well as the market opportunity cycle in detail to the reporting head and management as and when asked for.
- Handling the techno - commercial discussion with the customer for closure, liaise with inter department teams to ensure smooth operations of the area thus handled.
- Identifying the customer requirement and closing sales deals for the company in alignment with order intake plan & targets
- Communicate and interact with decision business decision makers at all levels and maintain relationships
- Creating strong relationship with the network partners in the region. Creating database, having regular meetings and understanding their operational needs
- Creating sales reports and working in close sync with the Regional Heads

- Strategic & out of the box thinking capabilities to grow the business year on year and acquire customers
- Excellent communication (English/Hindi / Tamil / Telugu) and presentation skills (basis the region/ area proficiency desired)

- Extensive travelling in region
- Local language will be added advantage
- Ready to take larger responsibility in next 5-6 years time
