Role Description The Retail Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing daily retail operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store or retail site. This role includes supervising staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and maintaining a high standard of customer service on the floor. The Retail Site Supervisor will manage product displays, inventory checks, and store appearance to align with brand guidelines and sales objectives. The role involves handling customer inquiries and escalations, coordinating with management on promotions and targets, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures. The Retail Site Supervisor will also prepare basic operational reports, support training of new team members, and contribute to achieving sales and service goals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess Retail Operations skills, such as store management, inventory handling, and adherence to retail processes and standards.
• Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge to support effective merchandising, accurate information sharing, and informed customer interactions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with customers, team members, and management.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive in-store experience.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in retail or store supervision, familiarity with basic reporting and POS systems, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
• A diploma or degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
