About the Role

This is not a routine store management role.

As Store Manager, You will have full P&L ownership while designing operating standards, product mix, margin structure, inventory cadence, loyalty behavior, and customer experience playbooks that can later be replicated across locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end store operations and P&L
• Drive sales growth, gross margins, and inventory turns
• Manage high-velocity convenience/grocery-style retail operations
• Control shrink, working capital, and operating costs
• Build and optimize product mix, pricing, and margin architecture
• Execute and improve loyalty and repeat-customer programs
• Lead and train store teams with execution discipline
• Build transparent, performance-driven supplier relationships
• Deliver consistent, premium customer experience
• Measure, document, and standardize systems for future scale
• Act as a reference operator, hosting retailers and partners

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Store Manager / Retail Operations Lead
• Background in Convenience Store, Grocery, or High-Volume Retail
• Strong understanding of inventory management, margins & unit economics
• Experience with loyalty programs and customer retention
• Hands-on operator with leadership presence
• Ability to think beyond one store and contribute to scalable retail systems
