Key Responsibilities:-
Handle incoming service calls smartly, assess customer needs, and allocate jobs to technicians efficiently.
Schedule appointments, track service progress, and follow up for resolution using basic computer tools like Excel for records.
Coordinate with service teams across centers, resolve complaints, and maintain logs of requests and outcomes.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:-
Female candidate, age 30+ years, with 1-2 years in customer service or coordination (service industry preferred).
Strong communication for call handling; basic proficiency in MS Excel and computers.
Smart, organized, and customer-focused with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
