Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Hyderabad. The Retail Salesperson will assist customers by providing product recommendations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key responsibilities include managing retail sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, handling transactions, and contributing to in-store sales targets, B2B sales. The role also involves keeping product knowledge up to date and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge and the ability to provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Excellent Retail Sales skills, including upselling and closing sales effectively
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and coworkers
• Customer Service skills to enhance the shopping experience and address customer needs
• Basic understanding of Sales principles and the ability to work towards sales targets
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to contribute positively to the store's success
• Ability to remain organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus
